The three members of the management team kicked off the mobilities under the recently approved Erasmus Plus Accreditation with a training course in Stockholm.
From August 2 to 9, they took part in the Europass training «Leading Change – From Emotional Intelligence to Organizational Design» in Stockholm. Focused on leadership for school principals and directors, the course brought together 18 teachers of various nationalities (Belgium, Italy, Germany, Romania, Greece, Cyprus, Czechia, Croatia, and Spain).
The techniques covered are highly valuable from both an organizational and team-management perspective, making the overall experience very positive and promising for direct application at our school. In addition, numerous contacts were established for future teacher and student mobilities.
